Project enquiries

The project-intake form sends the information you enter directly to WAUD at info@waud.nl through WAUD's own web server. The form does not store your submission in a website database. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.

If you contact WAUD, the information you provide is used to respond, assess project fit, prepare a proposal and communicate about possible work. It is retained only as long as needed for those purposes or legal administration.

Website services

The current website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as an IP address. This should be reviewed again whenever analytics, forms, embedded media or other external services are added.

Sharing and your rights

Information is not sold. It may be shared with professional advisers, production partners or service providers only when needed for a project, administration or a legal obligation.

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing info@waud.nl. Legal retention obligations may still apply.
