Designer, maker and constructive troublemaker.
Wiebe started at art academy and later completed a master’s degree in Industrial Design at TU/e. That route still defines how he works: visually curious, technically precise and never satisfied with the obvious answer.
He likes projects that sit between disciplines — where form, electronics, mechanics and human behaviour all have to click at the same time. A sketch is only interesting when it can survive prototyping, production and the real world.
At WAUD, Wiebe challenges the status quo without losing sight of what must actually be built. The result is work that feels unexpected, but never accidental.
